Teams:
The top four placing teams from each District’s Final competition qualify.
If a District has more than 75 Registered
teams, then they may add 1 additional team per each increment of 25
Registered teams. (75-100 = 5, 101-125 = 6, 126-150 = 7) If there are any
ties at the District competition, then it is the responsibility of the
District Coordinator to break those ties to determine the qualifying
teams. If eligible teams determine not to compete at the Regional, then
the District Coordinator can pass that spot to the next eligible team from
their District.
Officials:
All officials will be assigned prior to the meet (We will not be using
floating officials.) Each team must bring two certified officials and a
quiz box to the meet. I believe that Larry might have an electronic
scoring system, but will have more details on that later.

Awards:
Every team will receive a plaque. All Quizzers will receive participation
certificates. Top ten individuals will receive a medal.

The Comfort Inn & Suites offers a complimentary breakfast and indoor
pool. They are offering a rate of $78 for all rooms confirmed with
payment by April 18. Any rooms not confirmed with payment on April 18,
will be cancelled. If rooms are paid for by one church check they will
honor the tax exempt status and no taxes will be charged. Each room has
2 queen beds and one sleeper sofa and will sleep 4-6 people.
